These Darvon pain killer capsules were contained in the medical kit from the Apollo 15 spacecraft. The medical kit contained a variety of first aid articles for the astronauts. As these were not used during the mission, they were returned to earth.

Transferred to the National Air and Space Museum from NASA in 1972.
