4 prism-shaped packets of thin strips of aluminum foil, wrapped in thin brown cardboard, then tan paper as outermost layer. Inner edge of tan paper adhered to cardboard, like a streamer. Wrapping otherwise not secured, only folded into position. 1 packet has handwritten inscription, others are unmarked. DO NOT UNWRAP. KEEP LEVEL or chaff will spill out.
