Colored lithograph of a scene from Roger Sommer's record trip to France. Image shows Sommer flying the biplane over a rural area. A car can be seen on the road below.
Ernest Montaut (1879-1909) produced maritime, motor sport, and aeronautical prints. It is assumed that later prints in his style, such as this one, were produced by his wife Marguerite--'GAMY' being anagram for 'Magy.'
