The Apollo toolset provides multipurpose tools and/or attachments for mechanical actuations and valve adjustments. This component is labeled: Tool L - Cold
plate Clamp Driver. The CLP driver is used to remove the waste water servicing plug on the Command Module panel the controls water distribution in preparation for partial dump of waste water tank.
This set was used during the Apollo 11 mission and NASA transferred it to the Smithsonian in 1970.
