This A-4-H glove was designed and constructed by ILC Industries for Hamilton Standard in 1964. This A-4-H glove was used during the Apollo era as a developmental prototype. The glove was made of a rubber-neoprene compound with a silver leather over glove attached to provide protection for the rubber and prevent the expansion of the glove while under pressure.

NASA transferred this glove to the museum towards the end of the Apollo program.
