Physical Description
Colored lithograph of a woman wearing a ballooning-themed dress/costume. Skirt shows two balloons in the sky. Bodice has a balloon on the front. Sleeves appear to be designed to look like balloons, and cap appears to look like a parachute. The bustle is sky blue with a sun.
