This 16 mm fisheye lens was flown on the STS-95 Space Shuttle mission (1998) for use with the Kodak digital camera. John Glenn and other members of the crew completed a variety of photography assignments during almost nine days in orbit. Shuttle astronauts use several cameras and lenses for interior shots and for Earth photography through the windows. This lens also flew on the STS-99 mission in 2000, and then NASA transferred it to the Museum.
