This high-quality movie camera lens made by P. Angenieux of France was likely used with a Maurer 16mm motion picture camera on the Gemini X mission. Camera equipment selected by NASA for spaceflight often came from manufacturers with the most advanced technology. P. Angenieux continues to manufacture such lenses for movie cameras today.

This lens was transferred from NASA to the Museum in 1977.
