This oxygen mask was manufactured in 1958. There are two Type Numbers associated with this mask: MBU-3/P and MS-22001. This was worn with a U. S. Air Force Type HGU-2A/P flying helmet.
This object is not on display at the National Air and Space Museum. It is either on loan or in storage.
