This is a model of unknown scale of the Bofors 135mm M70X unguided air-to-ground rocket pod. Bofors, a Swedish firm, began manufacturing this weapon system in the late 1960s for use on several Swedish fighters. The aircraft would carry two pods, each with six missiles. The manufacturer of this model is not known.
John and Cynthia Hede donated the model to NASM as part of a large collection of rocket and missile models.
