This is a model of unknown scale of a Ram rocket. There is no information available on the rocket this model is based on or if and when the rocket was operational. It is possible that it is a model of a Navy Ram rocket carried on aircraft from 1950-1954 and used against armor. However, there are some differences in the configuration. NASA's Langley Research Center presumably made the model and transferred it to NASM.
