This name tag was a spare of the type worn on an astronaut's flight suits and flight jackets. Wubbo Ockels, from The Netherlands, was a European Space Agency (ESA) astronaut. He trained for STS-9 (Spacelab 1) Space Shuttle mission and flew as a payload specialist on STS 61-A (Spacelab D1) in 1985.
