This is the exhaust nozzle used on the later variants of the vernier engines manufactured by the Reaction Motors Division of the Thiokol Chemical Corporation, beginning in the 1950s. Vernier engines are used on all types of spacecraft and launch vehicles for attitude control and velocity adjustments.
