The Gill Robb Wilson Award is given only to those CAP Senior Members who have completed the highest possible level in their Professional Development program, and is the highest possible award in the program. The addition of a bronze star denotes completion of Air Command and Staff College.

Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Gill Robb Wilson Award with Bronze Star; white background with white bars on either side, blue stripe in center with equal sized white stripes to either side; these are followed by a yellow rectangle on the left and a blue rectangle of the same shade as the center bar to the right; the center of the ribbon also has a raised bronze star attached to it.
