This is a kit containing an unassembled "Quasar" flying rocket model made by Rocket Supply Inc. There are three pasteboard stages, which are put together with metal adapter rings. The nose cone and fins are balsa. The kit does not include a motor.

G. Harry Stine, a pioneer in the field of flying rocket models, donated this artifact to the museum in 1973.
