This is a Phantom flying rocket model made of plastic and steel. It is not known whether it was flown. The transparent model has a nylon parachute in the nose and an Estes C6-3 motor in the aft end. Once the motors stopped burning the parachute deployed and the model gently returned to Earth for reuse. Estes Industries made the model and donated it to the museumn 1996.
