This is s Viper training rocket built by the Atlantic Research Corporation (ARC). Founded shortly after World War II, ARC became a leading developer and maker of small, solid propellent rocket motors for defense and civilian space applications.

Transferred to NASM from the Atlantic Research Corporation.
