This is the command module pilot solo book for Apollo 11 astronaut Michael Collins. It contains consolidated instructions, flight plans, and contingencies for Collins when he was tending the command module Columbia alone while Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were on the lunar surface.
This object is on display in Destination Moon at the National Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC.
