This package contains powdered coffee and cream with sugar added, which was freeze-dried for ease of packaging and storage during flight. It was flown on the Apollo 11 mission in July, 1969 but as it not used, it was returned to earth.

The drink was easily reconstituted by the astronaut with a water probe which dispensed one half ounce of hot or cold water as required, each time the trigger button was pressed.

Transferred to the National Air and Space Museum from NASA in1986.
