Hand-colored etching of a cartoon showing two men and two women in a balloon gondola that is becoming detached from the balloon. One of the men is hanging onto the side of the gondola, while the other man is trying to pull him back in. The two women are holding onto the ropes with panicked expressions on their faces. Items are falling from the balloon, including two Union Jacks. A flock of birds surrounds the balloon.
