Aerospace companies often highlight their technical accomplishment through poster art. Such presentations typically are directed at specific audiences, including Congress, the trade press, or the general public.

Prepared by Hughes Aircraft Company, this poster presents the company's work on the TOW (Tube-launched, Optically tracked, Wire-guided) missile. Developed in the 1960s, the TOW was designed as an anti-tank weapon.

The poster likely dates from the early 1970s and was donated by Liz Scoggins to the Museum in 2012.
