Physical Description
Four colored etchings of satirical scenes of women in hoop skirts. These scenes have been cut out from other pages and adhered to a backing paper. The backing paper appears to have been cut from a botanical print, as the bottom of a print titled 'Myosurus minimus' is seen on the reverse. The handwritten note on the reverse appears to refer to the botanical print, not the scenes of ladies in hoop skirts.
Top left: Girl in large hoop skirt, with three boys admiring her over a fence.
Top right: Woman in hoop skirt aloft and using umbrella and skirt as parachute.
Bottom left: Women using hoop skirts as umbrellas.
Bottom right: Shows a woman before and after getting dressed in a hoop skirt.
