Colored lithograph of a balloon landing among waves in water. The basket is sitting in the water, and the wind is pulling the balloon towards the right side of the image. The sun is rising or setting in the background. Appears to be one of a series of four lithographs of ballooning flights and falls. This one is not labeled, but the first in the set is labeled 'Bocquin et. Eug. Ciceri lith. Imp. Becquet à Paris.'
