This panoramic camera, displayed with various accessories, was made for the U.S. Navy by the Russell Vought Division of the Solar Aircraft Company. Mounted on torpedo bombers, it documented aerial torpedo attacks. The 7-inch-long negative provided a wide oblique view.
This object is on display in Boeing Aviation Hangar at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, VA.
