This is a circuit module from an IBM Model 701 electronic data processing machine, one of the first electronic digital computers built by IBM in the early 1950s. Fewer than two dozen were installed, and the majority of these were at aerospace and defense laboratories or facilities.
This object is not on display at the National Air and Space Museum. It is either on loan or in storage.
