This is one of four panels from a ground-based installation, which was used for training Project Gemini astronauts for their flights. It duplicated some of the instruments found in the actual Gemini capsule.
NASA transferred this item to the Smithsonian at the conclusion of the Gemini program.
This object is not on display at the National Air and Space Museum. It is either on loan or in storage.
