This is an unflown package of Soviet Honeycake prepared for cosmonauts. The cake is divided into small pieces inside its plastic envelope. A cosmonaut can break off a bite-sized piece without shedding crumbs into the spacecraft.
This object is on display in Human Spaceflight at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center in Chantilly, VA.
