This poster was used at the California State Fair in Sacramento, California, about 1964, 2-13 September, to advertise the Rocket Belt flight of William P. "Bill" Suitor when he served as a Rocket Belt pilot for Bell Aerosystems. Suitor was Bell's Rocket Belt pilot from March 1964 to June 1970. He made many flights, including flights on the Bell No. 2 Rocket Belt in the collections of the National Air and Space Museum.

Suitor gave the poster to the National Air and Space Museum in 2006.
