Hear Col. Kristin Goodwin, the United States Air Force's first female bomb wing commander, discuss two vastly different bombers - the stealthy B-2 and the workhorse B-52H - and give her perspectives on attitude, airmen, and American airpower. A graduate of the Air Force Academy and command pilot with nearly 3,000 hours in seven airframes, Goodwin leads the historic 2nd Bomb Wing and B-52H operations at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, and was vice commander of the legendary 509th Bomb Wing, home of the B-2. An avid aviator and senior parachutist with 393 jumps, she brings a wealth of leadership, innovation, and operational expertise.
