The Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum will mark the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 15 mission through a celebration of lunar science. Join Dr. Farouk El-Baz and Dr. James Head for a discussion of their essential roles in the Apollo program, from training astronauts to setting scientific objectives to selecting landing sites. Dr. Ellen Stofan, the Smithsonian’s Under Secretary for Science and Research, will moderate.
