Restored to original condition in the late 1990s after hundreds of man-hours, the front cockpit of the Enola Gay was manned by pilot Col. Paul Tibbets (left seat), Maj. Tom Ferebee (center nose seat), and co-pilot Capt. Robert Lewis (right seat) on August 6, 1945.
