Thirty-five years ago today, Sally Ride made history as the first American woman in space. Since 1983, women have continued to break new ground in the aerospace field, and to make giant leaps forward in all spheres of science, engineering, math, and technology.
Learn more about our She Can STEM summer camp, which will introduce girls to the science of flight and expose them to diverse careers in aviation.
