Ralph Fritts' love of flying continued his entire life.
During WWI he flew both Allied and German planes from behind enemy lines to Allied areas.
He took his daughter to meet Orville Wright whose niece was a friend of Mr. Fritts' wife.
He tried to re-enlist for WWII.
He frequently took his grandchildren to Kansas City airport to watch planes land and take off.
He attended hot air balloon races with his great grandchildren.
