Graduated from Armed Forces Staff College and Navy war College with honors. Served on Military Airlift Command and Us Pacific Commands in strategy ,operations research and contingency planning.
    Worked for martin Marietta Astronautics from 1981-1992 as project manager for integrating classified payloads onto Titan IVs and Space Shuttle
