Enlisted in the U.S. Naval Reserve on February 4, 1942 and separated September 20, 1945. Service # 680-09-74 Ready Reserve
My service experience was as a flight crew member on PBYs at Kodiak Island, Dutch Harbor, Adak Island and finally on Attu Island on the Aleutian Chain doing patrol duty. I was separated at Jacksonville, Florida.
