Born 09 December 1923. Entered Naval Reserve Active Service 19 July 1943. Flew as an Aviation Machinist Mate Third Class on Martin Mariner (PBM) Aircrews with Anti-Submarine Squadron 212 in the American Area, Caribbean Theatre of Operations, WW II, until Honorable Discharge on 25 March 1946. 1948-1981: Avionics Section Supervisor, Naval Air Rework Facility, Norfolk Naval Air Station, Virginia, supporting U.S. Naval Aircraft Systems, Inertial Navigation, and Sidewinder/Sparrow missile systems.
