Anne Marie Rambo
Born Dec 14, 1897, died Dec 4, 1987. Licensed pilot 1930's. 1941 certified ground school instructor; 1942 coordinator of flight school for Navy Aviation Cadets through the War Training Services at Love Field in Prescott, Arizona. Later became an office in the Army Air Corps serving at Steward Field, West Point, NY. After the war, ferried planes to South America.
Was a commander of the Amelia Earhart Post, American Legion; on the board of the Los Angeles Chapter of national Aeronautics Assn, Vice Chairman of LA chapter of the Ninety-Nines, helped organized 1951 Powder-puff Derby.
