    Tony Borgia is the Director of Production Operations for Advanced Development Programs (ADP) within Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. In this role, Mr. Borgia is responsible for development and production of the most technologically advanced aircraft systems. He provides a critical interface in a dynamic environment between Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure cost-effective manufacturing solutions for rapid prototyping and limited production programs.

    Mr. Borgia is directly responsible for execution of all aspects of manufacturing for ADP, including planning, material resource planning, tooling, fabrication, assembly, system integration, system check out, and delivery. This critical position within Skunk Works® ensures highly producible and affordable systems are delivered to customers.

    Mr. Borgia has executed positions of increasing responsibility during his tenure, beginning as a machine shop helper through his current assignment. During his time with the organization, he has provided key contributions to the SR-71, U-2, F-117A, YF-22, TIER 3 Minus, F-22, JASSM, JSF, X-33, Polecat, ACCA, UCAS-D, and many classified programs.

    Born in Brooklyn, New York, a son of Italian immigrants, Mr. Borgia earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. He began his career in the Skunk Works in May 1980.

    Mr. Borgia, his wife Cyndie and their three children are active members of their local community.
