    Mr. Grieco has over forty years of experience in the Electronic Warfare field with the Office of the Secretary of Defense and with the U. S. Navy. He established Electronic Warfare Policy for the Department of Defense, was the program manager and technical director for numerous electronic warfare programs. He served as the technical advisor to the Commander-in-Chief, U.S. Naval Forces Europe, on Electronic Warfare matters. He has experience in the areas of deceptive countermeasures systems, communications countermeasures, automated warning receivers, surveillance/reconnaissance systems, systems analysis and operations research, software development and support, and tactical environment simulations, both laboratory and field systems. He has experience in fire control weapon systems and air-to-air and surface-to-air missiles, both RF and infrared. He was a manager of engineers, mathematicians, and physicists. Mr. Grieco is the recipient of the Exceptional Civilian Service Medal, Office of the Secretary of Defense; the Meritorious Executive Presidential Rank Award; and the Association of Old Crows, the Electronic Warfare Professional Society, Silver Medal Award.
    Mr. Grieco has a Master of Engineering Degree, Engineering Management (1972), University of California, Los Angeles; a Master of Science Degree, Electrical Engineering (1964), University of Missouri, Columbia; and a Bachelor of Science Degree, Electrical Engineering (1961), Fresno State College, Fresno, CA.
