Prior to WWII, Captain with Canadian Air Force. Saw service with RAF. When U. S. entered war transferred to U. S. Air Force as a B-17 captain. Shot down once. Transferred to Texas as a pilot instructor after war, pilot in Berlin Air Lift. Capt. with TWA flying Constellations to Europe. Retired as Senior Capt. with Air Canada with a total of 33,000 hours.
