Born September 26, 1918. Learned to fly in 1939 in the CPT Program. Flew as a B-17 pilot in 91st BG, 8th AF, credited with 35 combat missions. Flew with MATS Division, ATC from October, 1944 until discharged October, 1945. Completed 35 years as Captain for United Airlines in September, 1978.
