Capt Dennis Fitch was a pilot for United Airlines from 1968-2002, an FAA Examiner Designer of B-727 and B-757/767. On UAL Flt 232 (loss of flight controls) crew member. Fitch was a past member of NASA Aerospace Safety Advisory panel and President of D. E. Fitch and Associates LTD., which specializes in cockpit resource management and human factors in aviation. He was an "Aerospace Laureate" in 1989 of Aviation Week and Space Technology Magazine.
