Captain E. Richard Fellers, USAAF (Ret) (b. 7/16/1921, d. 5/24/1999) was a World War II Army Air Force veteran. He was stationed in England in 1944 in the 8th Air Force, 385th Bomb Group, 551st Bomb Squadron. He was a pilot of a B-17G. He flew 35 missions over Germany receiving the Distinguished Flying Cross with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters and the Air Medal.
