Mr. Rick Zimmerman
Captain Frederick W.E. Zimmerman served as a Naval Aviator for 26 years. He began a long history with flying during the Second World War. His enthusiasm for flight has influenced and motivated countless additional Naval Aviators and flight crews. He is proud of the contributions he and his fellow Naval Aviators made to their country. He is also proud to contribute to the Air and Space Museum's recording of the history of flight for all future aviators who follow in their footsteps.
