My father, James H . Craine, was a soldier in France in WWI. He became an Army pilot in the 1920s and was based at Langley Field. In 1928 he joined PAA as a pilot. In the early thirties we were living in Trinidad, CO and Mrs. Lindbergh came to our house for dinner as they were passing through Trinidad. My father always had the highest regard for Col. & Mrs. Lindbergh. I was very young at the time, I remember this visit very well.
