Jeff was a JRAFROTC cadet through high school and the University of Portland(OR). Upon graduation from UP he made two great decisions; Number one he married my daughter, Ph7yllis and more than years later they are the proud parents of 2nd Lt. Mark Cramer, USAF, Academy graduate of 2002. And SPC David Cramer, U.S. Army, Just checked out on a new weapon and as I write this -09/05/03- is on his way to Iraq. Number two, Jeff left the Air Force after 11 years (was a Captain of a KC-135 worked with all kinds of aircraft, i.e. C-141, RB-71, etc.) and flew with USAir for a short time. Now a second officer on 757s for Delta.
