Born in 1948 to Barker Morehead (hired by Capital Airlines at 21) and Martha Townsend (Capital Hostess). Started with United at age 21. Retired in 2003 from United Airlines and flew 34 wonderful years. Flown Piper Cub to Boeing 747-400. Flown 40 other airplane types with 22,000+ hours at this time.
