    Honored by:
    Maj Michael E. Krzynowek (Ret.)

Joseph E. Krzynowek grew up in Bridgeport, CN. Born in 1924, he grew up during the Golden Age of Aviation building free-flight models and watching the developments of local aviation activities.

Joseph earned his silver wings in Aviation Cadet class 44-I at Foster Field, TX. While in the military, he flew a variety of aircraft such as the B-24, C-46, C-47, CG4A glider, and C-119. Later he infected his son with the flying bug while piloting a 1946 Taylorcraft. His unbridled enthusiasm for aviation influenced many around him.

Wall of Honor profiles are provided by the honoree or the donor who added their name to the Wall of Honor. The Museum cannot validate all facts contained in the profiles.
