Captain Calleri started his flying career in 1959. He spent time as a flight instructor and corporate pilot with Upjohn Corporation.
In 1964 Joe started his commercial pilot career with Ozark Airlines. After two years with Ozark he moved to American Airlines. Moving through the ranks, starting as a flight engineer, he retired in 1994 as a captain on the Boeing 727.
Joe spent the last several years flying to the Caribbean and Mexico. He enjoyed all 30+ years of his flying career and hated to see it end.
