Began a 35-year career with United Airlines in 1967 as a DC6 Second Officer.
Served as a Flight Manager in Los Angeles from 1977 to 1981. During career flew DC6, B727, B757, B767, DC10, B747, B777, and B747-400. Final flight April 27, 2002 as a Captain on a B747-400 LAX to Auckland, New Zealand.
